I wanted a tiny bike to rip around San Luis Obispo on. Tiny wheels sounded fun, so I'll be rolling on 20's. I did trail and Patterson Control Model calculations to keep the dynamics of the bike similar to the full size bikes I'm used to. Once I had my geometry decided, I set up a frame jig and started bending tubes.

Please excuse the burrs. I thread milled the axle bore and surfaced the hoods.
I machined the crown. It is welded on the bottom and it will be silver brazed to avoid a fatigue failure along the weld.
